- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want two ensure two things, that the services I provide work mutually with your and my budgets, and that my price not only matches your expectations of quality, but exceeds it. With the scores of restaurant clients I have worked with, not a single time can I recall that they have not rehired me to return for a second time to provide music services (if not, more).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As my list spans 600+ songs, I love to go over that set list with you as the client so I know best how to cater to the guests of your event. Is it a night of sweet love ballads for a wedding event? A birthday party where "Baby Shark" will get everybody on the dance floor? Some Rock n Roll for your annual company get-together?---I've got the tunes!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education includes a Bachelor of Music from Loyola University New Orleans and experience includes 5+ years of classical opera performance, as well as 4 additional years of performance in contemporary settings.
