FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very reasonable - basic arches start at $150, while larger ones can be $500 + depending on time spent on the project. While balloons are a relatively inexpensive product, the energy and attention to detail, along with the pressure of creating the perfect setup for your event is well worth the money you will spend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the customer on a professional level is important for me to feel safe working with you. Details about the event, such as location, the nature of the event, and time of day are important. Also, understanding the extent of your involvement in the project is important when working with a new client. Some clients are very hands-on, while others are very uninvolved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a fashion merchandising degree from TCU - we had many projects that involved visual presentations and that is where I learned to be so detail oriented. I worked as a visual merchandiser doing store displays for a while and LOVED it! Most recently my job in networking and hosting events has really motivated me to put my skills to use!
