Nikita was quick to respond, available immediately, flexible working with my delayed deliveries, & even helped me with the project I was working on when he finished his. The furniture (outdoor chairs/tables & heavy solid wood & metal bookcase) looks & feels assembled professionally (I suppose only time & use will tell); but he worked steadily, efficiently, & quietly with no hesitation to what he was doing. Thankful for a good experience - my husband does everything handyman here, usually quite extreme renovations or major projects - so it was nice to just have this done & give him a break!
