Oswaldo came to my rescue today by cleaning up my overgrown yard-just in time for a big Easter egg hunt! He responded to my inquiry and came out the very next day! He did a fabulous job! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
about how much I charge from the yard however large but normally I charge 40 for veterans or adults and 45 for young people that I charge because the gas went up a lot
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my process to work with a new client is to go to see the yard, make an estimate, talk to the client or send him a message and give him the price and if he agrees, then do the job as well as possible
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well, I know a little English but I don't know much about cutting the grass.
