- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a two hour minimum service charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first asses the project and communicate with the customer as much as possible as to what might have caused the problem and how it can be fixed, giving the customers different options when possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with a General Contractor for 16 years on government installations giving me the experience and knowledge on how to perform and turn over the best quality project.
