What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is very enjoyable and easy. We come to our potential customers. We analyze, suggest, and decide with the customer and their family. Then we have a bid no later than 2 days, from the time of first contact. We then either come to you; or email you; or email and come to you. Typically we do both. Just so that if our clients have any questions we can answer them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Omar Burciaga: * General contractor (everything) except, plumbing and electric work. * Many years of experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our company started with the owner. I've been doing construction since I was 19. So 20+ years and now have my own company. I love making my clients happy. That is why we do, what we do!
