- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with first-time customers is making sure that they're aware of services needed to their equipment in order for it to work and function property. For example, preventive maintenance which includes lubing the deck, lubing the guide rods, vacuuming under the hood of the treadmill, cleaning the deck and belt etc...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified through Matrix and Woodway, with experience in multiple name brands such as Precor, Free Motion, Nautilus etc...
