Honeycomb was called at 5pm and was at my home by 6pm to repair my AC unit. The tech that arrived was named Fernando. He was professional and clearly knowledgeable taking time to thoroughly investigate the issues & explain his progress as he worked. He fixed the unit in the same day & took time to clean up all the areas he worked in. Highly recommend this company!

Angel and Sergio came to my home to do a fall tuneup on my attic unit. It was discovered that water was in the pan under the unit, and the drain lines were clogged. They explained the necessary steps of action. They fixed the issue and installed additional precautions to prevent possibility of water damage if this issue were to occur again. They patiently answered my many questions and explained everything to me by showing me in person and also by taking pictures of each step of the fix. I appreciated their communication!

The technician worked hard for us last night and did it all in the dark to get our unit working. Not the best conditions to replace a compressor, but he crushed it! He understood how uncomfortable we were with the heat. He was polite, patient, professional , great communicator and courteous. Prompt response and showed back up to replace the part like he said he would. Definitely would use again.

Honeycomb Heating & Cooling accepts new customers with open arms! Typically, we start with an intake call to document as many details of the repair/service you are inquiring about and then we set up an appointment to come out and get you an accurate estimate. Once you accept the invoice for our proposed services, we will schedule a time to come out and complete the job.
