Good communication, I was told if the work would be extra before they started. Apartment smells nice, stove and countertops were cleaned. The tissue paper bow was a nice touch. Responsive hard working staff

From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. The team was punctual, friendly, and respectful of my home. They meticulously cleaned every corner, leaving no surface untouched. What really impressed me was how thorough they were , not only did they clean all the expected areas, but they also went above and beyond with little extras, like organizing my hot wheels that were scattered and bathroom essentials! 10/10 would recommend

Recently moved into a new house and hired Star Sparkling Maid to do a full cleaning. Firstly, they responded to my inquiry within minutes and were able to get me scheduled for a couple days later. When I had to reschedule they were very understanding and accommodating. The cleaners were kind and professional. They cleaned things I didn’t expect (e.g. wiped down every piece of decor I have on my shelf) and added cute finishing touches (tied bows on toilet paper & paper towel rolls). Quick, thorough, and affordable! Thanks so much.
