Description of Services: Basic (Standard) Cleaning Includes: • All furniture gets dusted • Remove spider webs from all walls • Dust wall décor and picture frames • Clean all window seals and bases. • Dust all electronics. • Clean all kitchen appliances externally only. • Additional to clean appliances internally. • Clean all kitchen cabinets externally. • Clean all kitchen counters, sinks, and backsplashes. • Beds get made in all bedrooms. • Additional fee for Bedding & Linen changing $10 per bed. • Straighten, organize & pick up items from floors, tables etc. • In the Bathroom, mirrors, sinks, cabinets. • Including all toilets, showers, tubs and baseboards. • All floors in the home swept, vacuumed, and mopped. Deep Cleaning Includes: • Cleaning all ceiling fans, and light fixtures • Cleaning all window blinds • Cleaning all interior windows • Cleaning all window seals, and bases • Cleaning all baseboards • Cleaning all doors, & door frames • Remove wall stains and spider webs • All unmade beds get made only. • Bedding & Linen changing upon request. • All wall décor and picture frames get dusted. • All wood built-in shelves get dusted and polished. • Straighten, organize & pick up items from floors, tables etc. • All wood furniture dusted and polished • All glass surfaces, tables & furniture gets cleaned. • All electronics get dusted • Interior Stove, Oven, and Microwave cleaning, exterior of Fridge only. • Kitchen cabinets get cleaned and polished externally • Kitchen counters and backsplashes get cleaned • In the Bathroom, light fixtures, mirrors, sinks, cabinets, • Including all toilets, showers, tubs and baseboards. • All floors in the home are swept, vacuumed, and mopped. Cancellation Policy and Fee: By directly booking with J3 Professional Cleaning Services LLC, you legally agree to the cancellation policy. You must provide a written notification within 48 hours of your intent to cancel your appointment. If you cancel 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or last minute there is a $50.00 fee. For Commercial Cleaning we a rate of $0.30 per square foot. We offer Air BnB Basic and Deep Clean services. Both include laundry services and restocking. Packages begin at $145. COVID 19 Disinfect • We are now offering Disinfection and Sterilization Services for your Home, Office or Business. Rates start at $299.
