- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take pride in our quality standards and fair pricing! We try to diagnose simple issues over the phone to save you money for a service call, as most issues are fairly simple and we feel a customer shouldn't have to pay for something they can do effortlessly. Our prices are all inclusive i.e. Travel time, pick up and deliver, as well as machine cleaning services are included in our labor cost as we we perform our work at our shop, where we have the proper tools and equipment to do the job right! Our prices are more than competitive and our competition doesn't hold a candle to our black tie services! ** check out our reviews!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer an initial call to discuss services needed and times available. This way, everyone has a solid understanding of what we are working with, who you are working with and our dedication to providing excellent service! It also gives us the opportunity to possibly guide you on how to fix a minor issue and save you a service call fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We specialize in anything that has an internal combustion engine! Single cylinder to V12 monster race engines, we can make it run! We have a very extensive motorsports background that has taught us the ins and outs of motor failures. We are retired from motorsports these days, but that doesnt stop the love for anything that burns fuel!
