- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was given the opportunity by a small AC company in Stephenville Texas...Soto AC and heating! The owner is very experienced and has a great work ethic!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Eniola reached out to us about a possible indoor blower wheel and motor replacement on her gas furnace as recommended by a previous company...we came out and found the only issue was the bolt securing the wheel to the motor shaft was loose and in the wrong position...we fixed the issue and also cleaned their flame sensor unlike the previous company that went out there and told her they had done it as part of their maintenance procedure...turns out they didn’t! We’re not getting rich on every call and we’re not trying to! We’d rather establish long term relationships with our clients through honest service and hard work!!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure every tech that comes out educates you on what type of system you have and what the issue is and how it can be if at all avoided!
