- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is specific to our clients' needs and depends on several factors including amount of monthly transactions, number of accounts/loans/credit cards, software used, current status of books, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a free phone consultation. If both parties are interested in working together, more information is shared so that a fee can be quoted. Once terms are agreed on, a contract is signed that protects both parties. All contracts are cancellable with a 30 day notice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
