- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Elite ProClean team tries our best to have fair market pricing with high quality service . The best way to accurately know your quote is to actually speak to one of our team members . Thumbtack is just a guestament and it can widely vairy on the low and high end . we do try to take all clients needs in consideration when pricing .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As the owner of Elite ProClean I love , love , love meeting with my clients . I want to know everything that stresses you out . I want to know what your family needs are so i can get a clear vision of a plan to solve your problem for a flat rate . most of my client have became more like family I have been blessed in gaining some of the best clientele. i believe that communication is key I tell all of my clients that if there is ever anything not to their expectations give us a chance to correct it as we are learning your home we are not perfect but we strive to be as efficient as possible . This seems to put everyone at ease and on the same page as far as expectations of a clients needs .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the cleaning industry for over 20 yrs . I started out in commercial but my passion has been cleaning for family’s for the past 18 yrs . I finally decided to get my llc and am fully insured for my clients protection . I have employees which I do over see as they work along side of me . I strive to keep a negative free review we offer a 100% customer guarantee.
