- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to believe we have a fair and affordable pricing. We have always worked with our customers to make sure they don’t feel pressured into anything. We don’t ask for deposits unless it is a special type of material such as Metal, Slate, Decra, etc and that’s mainly for material because those are some of the most expensive materials that are also special orders. Other than special material deposits we like to complete the roof and have our customers satisfied with the job after which the payment for the roof is given.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer meeting my clients when I first give the quote to properly go over the roof and what exactly they’re looking for and explain what my roofing process is.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father took me to jobs when I was younger. Started around the age of 11. Learned just about everything about roofing from my father and have since applied his work ethic into mine.
