I was in dire straits with one of my smoke detectors continuing to beep even after changing the batteries. I decided to have new smoke detectors installed throughout my home. Anthony called right away and gave me suggestions (with product links) for replacement smoke detectors. He explained the difference between purely battery-operated models vs. models that are also connected to my home electricity. Although he couldn't make it today as he was out of town, I let him know that I needed service today because of the constant chirping. So, while he could not service me today, he helped me get the ball rolling so I could go to Home Depot and get one of the models he suggested. Anthony is my hero! LC
