Alfred and Olsen and their team were AMAZING! I have been delayed in writing this review for far too long. (I've been waiting to get new furniture before taking pictures) Let me first say that I am a Realtor® here in San Antonio (and have been working in the industry for 12 years).
We hired them to complete a major renovation to a previously bank-owned home that we purchased to live in. The installed new porcelain wood-look tile in the bottom 1800 sq ft and new bamboo floors throughout the second story (and STAIRS!) which was approximately 1800 square feet as well. They painted the entire house (minus a couple bedrooms) both the walls and ceilings (a different color). They installed new (gorgeous) baseboards throughout the entire home. They painted the trim and all the tall doors throughout the house as well. They also installed new kitchen backsplash tile as well as a half-wall of tile in the half bathroom. Furthermore, they demo'd and redid the fireplace (with stacked quartzite and marble) as well as doing an entire wall (under the tall kitchen bar) with the same material. I feel certain I am forgetting something, but they really did so much and their work was so gorgeous. I need to have professional pictures taken, because their work is INCREDIBLE.
Everyday, simply living in my house, reminds me of how amazing they were, how blessed I was to find them, and how much I miss seeing their smiling faces! Aside from working quickly and efficiently, they were so straightforward, honest and excellent at communicating.
As with any renovation, there were speed bumps, but these minor hiccups were not at all the fault of Kasa. I purchased (through sheer ignorance on my part) the wrong type of flooring for my second floor, which we only realized after the special order 'stair nose' had FINALLY come in. We had to choose a different flooring, and wait another 3 weeks for the new stair nose (which was what was needed to start the second story floors). They only helped me and reassured me throughout this (and another) ordeal! Helping me to return 1800 sq ft of flooring, and pickup ANOTHER 1800 sq feet, without every asking for additional money to do so. These time delays no doubt cost them other jobs.
TRUSTWORTHY! This is one of the top words that describe Kasa. I would feel comfortable with them watching my child, this is how much I trust them. With MOST contractors, you have to show up regularly and check in to make sure they are doing what they said they would do. NOT KASA, they worked long hours, through some weekends, and communicated regularly with updates.
HIGH LEVEL OF WORKMANSHIP - The attention to detail is bar none! They have top quality tools, and they take great pride in their workmanship. So many contractors just look to get done quickly and make as much money as possible. Alfred and Olsen truly want their customer to have the highest quality end product. As a Realtor, who regularly sees every type of finish out (from your basic KB home to luxury custom homes) I can assure you, their quality is at the very top!

Kasa Renovations replaced 1600 square feet of flooring. They replaced tile, carpet and hardwood flooring. They also redid the front of the fireplace. It turned out beautiful! They are very detailed oriented and did an excellent job! They installed laminate and kept it seamless (no transitions). They exceeded all expectations!! Very kind and easy to work with! Highly recommend them!!!!

Alfred did a great job and was very professional. He removed the old tile in the entry way, guest and master bath. He laid down new tile as well as baseboard and it looks fantastic. Job well done!

After a Kitchen plumbing catastrophe ruined the Laminate flooring in a family rent house I called Kasa Renovations for an estimate for tile replacement.
Alfred Kasa was very punctual and professional and provided a reasonable estimate for tile replacement.
The work was scheduled quickly and was completed quickly.
I was very pleased with the finished product, the attention to details, and the positive attitude of all involved.
I am proud to know Alfred and his team of craftsmen and plan on asking for help with future projects.
I would highly recommend Kasa Renovations!
