Few speakers speak with more passion and connect more easily with their audience than I do. My top priority is always to help people and organizations tap into their full potential so they can achieve unparalleled success. More succinctly...I light people on fire and get organizations refocused on the power of teamwork. I most often speak on the following topics: Leadership, The Power of Beliefs (Moving from Limitation to Abundance), Effective Communication and Conflict Resolution, Trust, Understanding Human Behavior, Emotional Intelligence, and Extraordinary Customer Service. What makes me unique is always custom tailor all speeches to the needs of the customer. I connect via a phone call or video call with clients to ask questions and gain clarity of conference or event themes and team needs. In the spirit of transparency, although the dates of my last reviews on thumbtack are several years old it in no way is indicative of how often I speak on a weekly or monthly basis. I've been speaking regularly since 2015 but was primarily receiving speaking engagements through my website and other referral sources. I've shared the stage with John C. Maxwell, Paul Martinelli, and Nick Vujicic. The largest audience I've spoken in front of was 2,100 plus, but I speak to groups of 5 or more in an office setting, seminars, retreats, and conferences across the U.S. and abroad.
