- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a general pricing range that is hourly based, but is always dependent on what specifically the needs are of the customer. Some training activities require supplies and support material, which must be factored into the cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally like to meet in person or over a phone or video call to conduct a needs assessment. I seek to understand my client's needs and what it is they aspire to achieve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am mentored and trained on a recurring basis by John Maxwell and his core faculty. I'm a certified coach through the John Maxwell Team. My training background is extensive, spanning 30 plus years in government and the private sector. I hold a certification as a trainer in the Model of Human Behavior and in Change Management. I've led teams all over the world, and I've delivered speaking and training services in seven (7) countries, as well as at sea on a cruise ship. My undergraduate degree is a B.AA.S. in Behavioral Analysis and Sociology, and my graduate degree is a Master's in Adult Education.
