- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very transparent about our pricing and what you receive with our different cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer reaches out to us we ask a series of questions about their home. How many bedrooms, sqft, ect. We then ask what type of services they are looking to receive and sometimes we will recommend other services to start depending on the request. We will then give a quote, if the customer is satisfied with that, we then send an invoice. After Invoice is paid we put them on the calendar. We always try and work around what best suits them, if not available we try to get it close to the original request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been professional cleaning for some time now and I am constantly educating myself on new standards and proper ways of sanitation.
