Overall Alpha Elite Service was GREAT. We just closed on our home and are moving in tomorrow. We called and they were able to get us in same day! They showed up promptly on time and were super friendly and professional. They paid attention to detail throughout our home. At the end they even talked with us about any potential issues they spotted while cleaning. I would definitely recommend them (10 out of 10) for your cleaning needs! They made our move in process MUCH LESS stressful. Thanks Alpha Elite!

I was not satisfied with the quality of clean nor value for my service. Unfortunately, I was not home during the time we agreed upon but there was still dust in my home. Areas that were not cleaned (inside cabinets, fridge,etc which were labeled as included for a move in/ out clean) and I ended up having to do additional work. While all employees were friendly, I do believe it was not up to standard and due to no supervision at time of service
