Berry is quick to response and very polite. He was able to provide a thorough inspection and provided in person updates as concerns arise. DeMarcus was very responsive, usually replied within a 30 minute span. He was flexible as our closing date wavered, and was able to reschedule accordingly. He was able to provide a thorough inspection with valuable notes on items. His price is hard to beat, especially with bundling. He was able to give a same day report. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts to Military, Teacher, EMS, FF, Police, Hands Hospital Staff directly involved with patient care. My prices are very reasonable. Anything larger than 5501 SQ ft needs a special quote for pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet the customer at the home, give them a run down the contract so they understand what my service entails.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am AHIT trained home inspector which has some of the most stringent educational requirements. also I am a Certified professional Inspector and member of InterNACHI with 10 additional certifications.
