We had a leak in the flashing that became evident over time in the ceiling upstairs. The response was prompt. Trent came to assess it and was on time and thorough. He provided an itemized estimate including any damage to the shingles and decking and interior repair. I was unable to be home when the repair team arrived. They found that the damage was limited to the flashing; shingles and decking undamaged. He reduced the price by half, which demonstrated his integrity. I opted not to do the interior repair at this time.

We've had trouble finding good contractors. However, Trent was a pleasant surprise. Trent replaced our rotten out wooden siding with Hardy Board and painted it. He is very responsive and punctual. Everything he did was completely spelled out in detail. He's a trustworthy guy and pleasant to work with. I'm getting complements from neighbors on the work his team did. Highly recommend TMAC.
