Unfortunately, living in Texas comes with some high wind and hail. Fortunately for us, we were able to have our work contracted with Lowry Roofing. Both father and son are extremely professional.
This was our first rodeo with having to work with insurance to file a claim for damage. We were very nervous with all the steps and small nuances that could go wrong. Jon set up a consultation with us and when he came to our home, he was extremely prepared and well versed in insurance matters. He took way longer than we had scheduled to sit down with us and teach us what expectations were and how best to handle insurance. I researched a few things he mentioned, and his explanation was much simpler to understand than online. Very grateful for this.
His drone technology was not only safe for him, but we got to see the damage on our roof from live footage. That was a good piece of mind to know there wasn't fluff and it was our roof and needed to be replaced.
Come game day, the roofing crew was extremely professional. They covered bushes, doors or any area that could be damaged from falling shingles. Anytime we came out of the house they put their hands up and made sure the rest of the crew knew there were people below. We have a mid-size house, and they finished in just one day! They did multiple passes looking for nails and other small debris left behind.
Jon came out after the job was finished and checked the work, making sure we were satisfied.
After the work was completed, Jon remained in close contact, helping us with any insurance questions we had. He even provided a professional appraisal company. We ended up not going through that because we were just frankly done with the process and wanted out. But Jon was there and willing to fight the big insurance company for more money for our family, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend Jon and Lowry Roofing to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Beyond impressed with Jon Lowry and his team in managing our whole roof replacement and repair of gutters/fence/screens after extensive hail damage. He managed the process start to finish, was available to assist with insurance reps and walk throughs, and ensured we received the right amount to cover proper product replacement. Jon took the time to explain the complicated process and walked us through everything to ensure understanding. He is a man of his word and we felt the whole process was definitely guided by his personal integrity. Jon's team was professional, prompt and thorough. The team also had a fluent English speaker on scene at all times during the work days so we never felt there was a communication gap. We are VERY pleased with our final result and definitely recommend Jon and his team for any project.

Exceptional service with a professional care from the beginning of the process with forms and protocol to the end of the process with full installation and detailing. Mr. Lowry took my matter to heart and went many extra miles to negotiate with insurance Company for months on the needed repair. He truly took care of my property as it was his own. The quality and professionalism with Lowry Contractors is the best I’ve seen in the industry. I have had my roof replaced a few times over the years and have seen very shady contractors looking to make a quick dollar. At Lowry Contracting you get honesty, integrity and straight up professionalism. They take there time making sure your happy with the work and even do extras around the house to update older issues.
An example of what they did was improving my chimney with new siding and painted it that was outside the scope of what actually needing replacement.
I really liked how they walked the property with you and are very thorough.
There are a lot of roofing companies to choose from but there is only one Lowry roofing company that won’t disappoint. Working with them will make the process seamless. If I ever need a new roof due to weather issues, I will not hesitate one bit to go with Lowry Contractors. 💯👌
