We had 2 companies come to our home to address a rodent intrusion problem. The first company told us we had mice and that it would be $1500 to seal the flashing and areas where there were gaps. It sounded a lot bigger than mice, and sure enough, Nathan was able to identify areas where rats had chewed through our rafters. The first company did not see this and they wouldn’t have sealed the house properly, on top of them selling me rodent traps which were unneeded once the house was sealed. Nathan’s team came out the next day, were done in an hour, and were less expensive than the 1st company. We are now sleeping peacefully with no rats above our bed.

Nathan was great to work with. After getting two other quotes, Nathan came and provided a reasonable quote and got to work that day. I had rodents in the attic and within one week they were gone and my attic insulation was replaced and all entry points secured. He before and after pictures which gave me peace of mind. We had a rodent issue in our attic - that ended being much more extensive than we realized. Nathan didn’t take any shortcuts and stuck with us through the entire process to make sure things were done properly. The rodents are gone, the house is sealed and our insulation has been replaced. Thanks!

I saw a rat in my garage and was pretty freaked out. Called three contractors and Nathan from Texas Home Solutions was by far the best option. He explained the quote, gave me a reasonable timeline, and worked with my schedule for his visits. He worked very efficiently with my kids in the home at the same time. They barely even knew he and his team were upstairs. If you suspect a rodent problem, make sure you at least get a quote from Texas Home Solutions.
