I hired them to replace a cracked window in my home. After three weeks of wait time, the window that was installed was the incorrect size. It was smaller in size, leading to visible sealing material and gaps around it. They said they would fix the mistake, but needed full payment before that. So i tried co-operating and paid them in full, but it took them a few more weeks to get back to me, and after scheduling a date and time, they never showed up. They didn't even leave a message or call to re-schedule either. So in addition to having waited almost 2 months for the window replacement, I have a smaller uglier window pane, and I am still waiting on the job being done correctly. Update - They re-scheduled and came out this morning and replaced the window with one that fits better. They were punctual and very professional with the work. :-)
