The whole process from initial consultation to completion went very smooth. Abby did a great job explaining, making recommendations and scheduling the installation according to our needs. The installers arrived on time, removed the old carpet and installed the new one leaving the rooms and stairs with a new look.

Abby was quick to respond to our request. We made a poor choice and when the carpet arrived Abby calmed our fear and went through her samples again and we found one we liked a lot better. No extra charge, no hassle.

Bronza flooring did a great job replacing the old, damaged carpet in my home plus the pad underneath. Abby was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. I would recommend them again and again! (Btw, go with the thicker pad if you’re replacing it, it really makes a difference!)

Aɓby is a superb flooring consultant. She listens to her customer and provides excellent advice. She came to our house very prepared with samples that matched what we were looking for and provided suggestions that woukd meet our needs and lifestyle. She followed up on all phases of the project to sure it was high quality. The work crew was fast, efficient and professional. You can't go wrong with this company.
