John was great! He showed up punctually, cleaned & fixed my gutters on the spot, and I appreciated that he recommended that I get a rain chain instead of an additional (and ugly) down spout. He even offered to install the rain chain for free :-). Highly recommended.

Got exactly what I wanted. I had gutters placed on my shed to collect more water for my garden. John even added splash guards to my rain barrels to make them collect more effectively.

The owner, John, is a stand-up guy. He's upfront and honest about the entire process and has a great sense of humor, which is icing on the cake. Communication was great, quality of work was incredible, and pricing was very competitive. John personally delivered color samples to a secondary address of mine (living in a rental at the time while our house was being built where the gutters were going to be installed) before I even agreed to hire Gutter Armor to make sure we got the right color if gutters we needed. We did run into an issue that I didn't catch until after the install (mainly my fault for not communicating that I didnt went a down-spout in one specific location). John was ready and willing to come back with high spirits and was happy to remove the downspout and install a rainchain I purchased for ZERO cost. He even refused my offer to pay him a little extra for his time. Haha... With confidence, I would highly recommend Gutter Armor to anyone!

Contacted John from Gutter Armor to reroute a downspout. He came on-site to check and suggested other repairs to include to maximize the value of his work, which led to a much better bid than others. Worked with our schedule to complete the project. We had to revisit one part of the project, but he was able to come back and resolve it without any issue. Great value for the work!
