We called Cedar Park Overhead Doors at about 3:30 when the door groaned its way open only about two feet and then crashed to the ground when trying to close it. Matt Mauldin responded that he could be out before 6:00 to look at it. At 4:45 he was on his way. I can say he is the most professional, knowledgeable and easiest to work with Ive ever had the pleasure of knowing. He explained about one spring and two spring doors and the merits and costs of each. He also showed me that the 10 rollers currently in place were past their prime being original to the house built in 1997. I could replace them now or wait until one failed. He and his partner were quiet, polite, neat and a great example of how service-oriented businesses should run. Actually, I wish they would run seminars on how to run a business that gets five out of five stars and someone like me is wanting to tell everyone I know to USE THIS WELL-RUN ORGANIZATION! They are terrific!

Saturday night around 11:30, I noticed my garage door springs were broken. It made a screeching noise when I opened and closed it. I called CPOD at midnight, talked to a man who set up an appointment for a technician to come out today, Sunday between 8-12. Dwane showed up around 10:45 am, fixed the problem, was very efficient and professional, springs replaced and all is well. No additional charge for Sunday. They greased the wheels and springs, life is good again. Thank you to everyone at Cedar Park Overhead Doors. You folks rock! If I could rate 10 stars I would.

Very professional, prompt service after the spring went out on our garage door. Thomas came to the house the same day after calling Cedar Park Overhead Doors a few hours before. Garage door rail malfunction-called Monday am and had service tech Kenneth Jones on site by 2:00 pm same day-He had called Monday am within 30 minutes of my calling in to confirm he had our work order with an eta. He also called latter to advise he was 30 minutes out to arrive at job. This is great customer service. He arrived and diagnosed the problem and explained in detail repair plan and promptly completed the repair. Kenneth was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend CPOD for those looking for garage door services.

Awesome customer service Just got my garage door spring replaced.I called around 1:30, their technician Geremy came out around 6pm on the same day and got it done in an hour or so. Very courteous and professional. We highly recommend them.Please beware that there is another garage door company with very similar name that charged me for their tech to come out and called me 7 times after that to give me 4 different quotes which were all higher then Cedar Park Overhead Doors' final invoice.Couldn't be happier to get my spring replaced with the right company.
