What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on many factors, such as demo, access, paver type, type of installation ie: driveway overlay, driveway remodel, patio, steps, ect. We offer a 10% discount to all thumbtack customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we set up a consultation with customers to review project on site. We can then discuss site conditions, constraints, design concepts, paver types and colors. After a consultation we will produce a plan and cost estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Scott has a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture from University of Calif, Davis. Has been involved in Design and Construction Projects for 30+ years. Authorized Belgard Contractor ICPI Certified Concrete Paver Installer
