FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I approach each job as needed. Some projects need more knowledge of a single or many trades, and skills; others more creativity and flexibility. I listen to my clients and try to deliver what is expected on budget. We all have a different way to approach what we like, want, or need. I am here to help you find an area where both parties are happy and eager to work together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After meeting for the first time and creating an estimate, the scope of work is written and signed. Then a date is set for the project to start and be completed. On many occasions, clients order and pay for the material to avoid a deposit. Then when the project is completed, the labor and any change orders are paid. But each project is different.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a formal college education in many areas including Electricity, Plumbing, carpentry, mechanical systems (HVAC), Asbestos remediation, mold remediation, Construction management, OSHA Safety, and much more.
