I am a former D1 Athlete. Aiding the youth is my passion. Sports is just a tool to help me so. Sure! I aim to help each athlete become the best version of themselves athletically, I also hope to bring awareness to them that the gratification of hard work paying off is just as rewarding off the court as it is on. You get out in sports and in life what you put in. I help instill that mentality physically as much as I train you to instill it mentally. Let's work - if you're not getting better, you're getting worse!
