Mayra Litvinova was a life saver. She responded within 12 hours of my request. The other balloon vendor cancelled my order at the last minute. She wanted to charge an additional $50 to reinitiate my order. Claiming it was a rush order.

I was hosting a baby shower and knew I didn’t want to have to handle the task of the balloon decor as I’ve done in the past. It is a time sink.
