- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we schedule an appointment for initial diagnostics. Our specialists are equipped with a set of the most common parts and tools so we often complete the repairs in just 1 visit. If not, we order the parts from our trusted suppliers and compete the repairs as soon as the parts arrive. Usually it happens within 2 to 3 days.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Since we are new in your city, we don't have many reviews yet. Yet, I want to be honest, always give attention to the reviews! And don't hunt for the lowest prices. Low service costs usually mean that the company has little clients or they are saving money on something crucial. And you can also disregard diagnostics cost in most cases because it's waved if a company does the repair.
