- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My listing fees to the seller is 6%. I will provide professional photos of the listed home. The professional images and/or videos provide influential first impressions to the listing. In today's market, compelling visuals stop a buyer's online scrolling. I also provide (if needed) staging of different techniques to present the home in the best light possible (at no cost to the seller).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Conducting a consultation, afterwards obtaining a signed listing agreement. A For Sale yard sign will be installed at your property; with appropriate swingers. Upon listing agreement execution, we will promote your property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS); a suite of services that real estate brokers use to establish contractual offers of compensation among brokers. In addition, we list on the following websites and social media platforms: RogersHealy.com - we have over 30,000 unique visitors per month. HealyRelocation.com - we have over 15,000 unique visitors per month. Facebook - We average over 30,000 unique views on our Facebook business pages…per DAY. We currently have more “subscribers” than any other boutique real estate company in Texas. We advertise on Instagram & Twitter – our company has exposure to over 50,000 Twitter followers that will know about the opportunity to bring a buyer to your home. On Instagram - we currently have over 30,000 “fans” that view our Instagram account on a daily basis. After each property tour, we’ll contact the prospect and/or their Realtor for feedback and provide to the seller.
