Dominic previously worked at a larger firm. For the past 4-5 years, I always asked for him because he is the BEST of the BEST! His work is top-notch. He consistently arrives on time and carries out his work with the utmost professionalism. Dominic is incredibly skilled at solving complex LED lighting issues and other problems that others couldn't fix. He's friendly, cordial, kind and considerate. He always leaves the workspace clean, just as he found it, and even wears slipper over his shoes to avoid tracking dirt into the house. I highly recommend Dominic for any electrical work - his dedication and attention to detail are unmatched.

It was a wonderful experience working with Dominic for the electrical work for a garage conversion. He didnt mind coming out to provide a free estimate before demolition and framing were complete. He was able to work off of my rudimentary architectural drawing to provide a very competitive quote. Once framing was done and it was time for the rough-in electrical work, scheduling with him was very easy. He included smoke detectors (something I had overlooked in the original design plan) for free and also helped clean up the sloppy junction box placement and wiring from the previous electrician. Drywall work delayed the project by a bit, but Dominic was understanding and flexible. Once drywall was done, he got the fixtures, outlets, and switches installed quickly and correctly. Everything looks great and I have had no problems with his work (which I could not say of the last electrician I worked with for a different project). He maintained great communication throughout this multi-step, multi-day process. But the best part is that now I have a reliable, professional electrician that I can call in the future for any other electrical work I may need. No more screening pros on Angies List/Home Advisor and reading through other peoples reviews and making a bunch of phone calls to schedule multiple estimates. Ill just have one phone call to Optomax to make next time around. Thanks, again, Dominic!

Dominic installed a new subpanel at our house. When he came out to provide a quote he clearly explained our options and what it would take to do the install. He provided a competitive quote the next day and we agreed to the work.On the day of the install he called with a 30 minute arrival window and was here when he said it would be. I showed Dominic where I wanted the subpanel in the garage and he went to work.When Dominic completed the work there was no evidence anyone did any work except there was a new subpanel and outlet where we wanted one to be. He showed the wiring in the subpanel before closing it up. It was like a work of art, it was so tidy. On the main panel the conduit could not be any more vertical.Dominic is clearly a professional! I highly recommend Dominic for electrical work.

Optomax Electric Dominic NeriWe had a large, challenging job to run power for an RV pedestal. Dominic did a great job of providing multiple bids for possible options, and then following through on the one we chose. The pedestal was around 300 feet away from the power source and required a lot of work to lay conduit and pull wire for that distance. The finished pedestal is exactly what we wanted, nicely crafted and sturdy. Dominic is a rare contractor in that he does quality work, answers questions concisely, and shows up on time and ready to work. We highly recommend him, and we will call on him for any future electrical projects we undertake.

We offer free site visits to discuss pricing options with our Customers as well as a 10% first time Customer discount
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first want to establish value in our visit to ensure we are going to be able to provide the end product that they are wanting. Next, we'll discuss pricing options and once agreed upon, we'll set a time and date to complete the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my career in electrical theory and safety courses for two years. I then transitioned to studying and training under great Master electricians for the past decade. I have additionally trained in person at Generac facilities to learn proper installation and repair procedures for their stand by generators.
