- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I love talking with each client and learning their story to ensure my pricing works well within their budget; I want them to feel they've gotten a bargain for top-quality work. In all my transactions, I place a huge emphasis on communicating with integrity and being completely transparent in fulfilling my clients' expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every project, I start with getting to know the client's goals and expectations. I ask them to tell me a little about themselves and their passion behind their project. If appropriate for the job, we discuss their target audience, unique selling preposition and branding message. We discuss timelines, methods of communication with one another, and measures of success. I love this process, and my clients speak positively about their experience and the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri--Columbia, and 30 hours toward an MBA in Marketing from the University of Missouri--St. Louis.
