If you have had unexpected home damage and dont know where to even start, this is who you should use!! We used ICS from beginning to end after a broken pipe left our house flooded. From water remediation to a beautiful finished product, they took care of us every step of the way. Highly, highly recommend! Justin oversaw our remediation and was fantastic. The work was thorough and they made sure ALL damage was removed. Aaron helped us through the process of choosing what would be put back in our home and worked with our insurance company. What a huge benefit that this company works with insurance all the time, it really simplified the process for us. Clarence was the foreman overseeing our build back. He was amazing- worked with us on a tight time frame and even got the work done ahead of schedule! His communication was very good, and he took care of any concerns we had along the way. The work was quality and our finished home looks wonderful. So very happy that we used ICS and highly recommend!

Michael Birchall has been such a tremendous help walking me thru the initial process of the mitigation water damage caused to my kitchen. After a flood in my home ruined some of myfloors and cabinets, my insurance company recommended ICS. Sean was my main project manager, but also Raul at the end. They truly did a fantastic job, were friendly and knowledgeable, and they made sure that the repairs were how I wanted and needed! The team of painters and the floor and cabinet builders , as well as the movers- were also all awesome! Everything they worked on looks fantastic! Very happy customer here! Thank you!
