Show up on time. The movers also left a gouge in the wall of the house I moved from. They did not let me know, my roomate did and sent me pictures of the gouge. I emailed the company with no reply at all. They have no respect for your time when they are over an hour late but they charge you by the hour and do not prorate.

Great thing is they communicated extremely well, arranged everything nicely and showed up on time. The things I had moved are: 5 piece sectional that they dissembled; refrigerator, TV stand, vanity mirror, floor mirror, (2) dresser chest, washer-dryer, TVs, and miscellaneous items packed in the garage. I dissembled all (3) beds to make transition quicker but, that didn’t make difference. I will never hire anyone working by the hour, especially when I see them moving slow. This job took a total of 5 hours. Had to stop the job b/c so much time had went by. I didn’t even get to load the rest of my things. Had to find help else where. The drive to other home was 18min.; unloading took about an hour. Once completed I was asked to go look at my furniture to check for damages. The things that were damaged were hidden. Could’ve just been transparent about busting up my amore($350 TV stand) cracking the corners of my bluetooth vanity mirror($800), and scrapping-denting my Insignia fridge($2000). I felt robbed, disappointed that I didn’t go with my first mind. The total charge $555. I could barely afford it. Will just stick with what/who I know from now on. Thanks for showing up

Just to start off I didn’t have an issue with the movers. It was an extra charge that got the rating and the ensuing communication. They were late but I didn’t really care. I only had a few items. Not a room. Literally a washer, dryer, a small sectional that one person moved by themselves then I asked them to get a mattress. Just the mattress. From the screen captures below you can see a “$30 processing fee” was not mentioned in any of the correspondence. First and foremost that is RIDICULOUS for a “processing fee”. The person emailing me then had the audacity to make it seem like this was known. No. It wasn’t. It’s also not on the final receipt literally anywhere. The problem is, cash wasn’t an option. The movers told me that they don’t allow cash. So, this is a ploy just to get extra money looks like. What was I going to do? Turn the guys around? The guys were fully done in 1hr 20mins. Since they couldn’t accept cash for whatever reason I had to wait another 40 or so mins for whoever is running this be available. I wanted to support my people but unfortunately I won’t be back or recommended this. Y’all KNOW y’all ain’t right for sneaking that in. I even confirmed the price. Whoever you got emailing tell them to be a LOT more empathetic to a customer. They know it wasn’t communicated. Stop making this seem like it’s a known thing and that I am out of place. Y’all got y’all money so it doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things but that wasn’t right at all. So, good luck to y’all business.

We do not charge additional for stairs or wrapping and padding furniture or to disassemble or reassemble furniture we also do not charge for long walks we also offer packing services & cleaning services with our partner company reasonable cleaning services and if you use them for either service you will receive an hour off your move
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We asked them what day they are looking to have this move done possibly and where they are moving from and to any stairs involved and any specific items they would need us to wrap and pad and take extra care of and what can we do to make this experience smoothly as possible
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All movers have a minimum of 7 years experience before they are hired full time we have all employees we do not hire day labors
