I recently used Reasonable Moving Company for my relocation from a house to an apartment. The contact process was smooth. The staff was extremely professional and provided detailed and clear information about their services. The quote I received was accurate and transparent. My overall experience with Reasonable Moving Services was great from start to finish. The agent James that I worked with was very courteous, patient and professional. He answered all my questions and concerns and put my mind and worries at ease. My move was scheduled for a time slot of 10:00am- 11:30 am and when the movers didn't arrived around 10:20am I began calling my agent James in a panic and he explained to me that, the timeframe given is just a window of arrival time that the movers have to arrive within, just like your local cable man will give you. That was my fault cause it was even stated within the email next to the timeframe. When the movers showed up, Steve, Alex and Greg, they did a walk through of the my home and gave me a time estimate based on what I wanted them to move. Their chemistry shows that they either work together consistently or have been with the company for years. Their playful demeanor exchanges towards one another had me in tears, laughter. They were very respectful of my furniture (wrapping/padding, disassemble/reassemble & loading/unloading) my home (walls, floors & stairs) and they were very efficient utilizing their time. At the end of my move there were No hidden fees or upcharges. I had the option of paying cash or card. I choose to pay with a card even though it was a costly processing fee and it's the option I choose because it was the most convenient option for me, so I cant complain about a processing fee when I have the option to pay with cash with no additional fees or taxes. I will definitely recommend Reasonable Moving Services to any and all, and their price point is one of the most Reasonable prices out there compared to these other companies.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge additional for stairs or wrapping and padding furniture or to disassemble or reassemble furniture we also do not charge for long walks we also offer packing services & cleaning services with our partner company reasonable cleaning services and if you use them for either service you will receive an hour off your move
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We asked them what day they are looking to have this move done possibly and where they are moving from and to any stairs involved and any specific items they would need us to wrap and pad and take extra care of and what can we do to make this experience smoothly as possible
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All movers have a minimum of 7 years experience before they are hired full time we have all employees we do not hire day labors
