Introduction

I’m a collegiately trained interior design professional with a passion for all things art and design. I have been in the design field professionally for almost 10 years now with experience in residential, commercial and retail projects. I offer services starting from initial consultations for design suggestions, furnishing and accessorizing spaces, all the way to a complete design package with floor plans, renderings and finishes/furniture selections. I specialize in full-service design where I am more hands on in curating items for your space for both refreshes and remodels as well as virtual e-design where I give you all the tools and product links to execute the project on your own. My goal is to help you create a space that you will feel recharged, relaxed and excited to be in, no matter what the scope or budget is.

Wow!! I can’t stop raving about my experience with Carissa to my friends and family. At first, I was hesitant with working with an interior designer in the first place, but she quickly dismissed those thoughts and doubts once I started working with her. The experience from start to finish was flawless. I can’t wait to work with her on future projects! (The after picture was before we hung the photo above the bed frame and we ended up raising the curtains to the ceiling)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically start with an initial design consultation (in person or remotely) and figure out what a client wants to achieve in their space and gather key info needed to begin designing. From there, I will identify an action plan going forward to meet your scope, timeline, and budget for the project. Projects may vary from design advice, providing inspiration/mood boards, selecting finishes/furnishings, or a complete redesign of the space with floor plans, renderings, and all of the above.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking to my clients in depth to get a great understanding of their scope and design taste to hone in on a solution that they will enjoy for years to come
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an interior design degree from an accredited college. I have done work for residential, commercial and retail projects of all sizes.
