Fantastic job by Johnny and Rocio...and so friendly. They are definitely top notch and I will use them again! They helped with other projects I added after they got here and even simple things fixing a small drywall hole and replacing a battery in fire alarm on my vaulted ceiling.

Johnny and Rocio were able to fit me in on a late Saturday evening to get my new plumbing completed for my new under-mounted sink and added the new faucet and soap holder. They were professional, courteous, and diligent. The plumbing had to be redone because of the new faucet. It took longer than expected, however, they pushed through until the job was completed.

Take the bad reviews serious. DO NOT give these contractors 50% up front! Especially if you’re paying for materials. They’re literally doing that to ensure they get pair regardless of quality and satisfaction of work. These “handy men, contractors” are consistently showing themselves as con artist on this app. I’ve had multiple bad experience so I decided to only pay 25% deposit after progress has been made. Good thing I did because just like other reviews Johnny certainly appeared professional at the beginning but bro purely only cared about the money, as he claimed 80% of job was complete and he threatened not coming back if i didn’t pay. After I went to see work myself maybe 30% of work was actually done and not the to standard we discussed. Be careful when hiring on this app.
