I contacted Chris last night about installing a gas cooktop. He showed up the next morning at 8am and installed my cooktop. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I'm very happy with the job and my cooktop looks great and works perfectly. I will definitely use Chris again for my future appliance installation and repair needs.

Unfortunately, I have to give Chris a poor review because he never finished the job, and now he will not respond to texts. I sent him pictures, which I am also posting below. After he installed our combo microwave/wall oven, when it was drying the wood puddy in the space he filled in above, the oven started puckering out, and it looked like the wood might have shifted slightly on one side. (I did not ask him to paint the cabinet. I planned to do that myself, but I cannot until the wood above the oven is cleaned up.) On March 1st, I texted Chris with pictures, and he responded, saying that he would be happy to stop by and clean things up, but I never heard back from him with a date/time. I gave him a week to fit me into his schedule before I started texting again, asking when he could schedule to wrap the project up. It is now March 16th. I have tried to contact him 4 or 5 more times, and I have not been able to get him to respond or schedule a date/time to come back and fix the work. It is a shame. I have not had to leave many bad reviews in my life. I take this very seriously, as I know it affects people's livelihood. I wish things had ended differently.

Chris arrived on time - assessed the situation and promptly went to work swapping out our 30 yr old (yes it still worked) down-draft cooktop with a new down-draft cooktop (I hope it lasts at least 1/2 that long) - found the new cooktop was a smidgen bigger than the granite countertop hole and Chris was able to grind it down to the correct size and it fit perfectly. Very happy with the work!! Would definitely use him again!
