- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually $55 per hour but yesterday I did a quick remote fix for $20 total.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually call or text and ask for a quick description of the problem. Often I can fix with a phone call and/or a remote control session. On the rare occasion that a visit is necessary we will arrange a time and I will be there promptly. Most successful resolutions are reached within an hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this exact type of work since on and off since I was 17. That was 1991. I have decades of experience in office and home computer repair and doing remote repairs.
