We had a bird hit one of our 2nd floor windows midday on Sunday, so used Thumbtack to try and find a quick repair. Within a minute of submitting, Stephen had me a quote and offered to come out first thing Monday to look into it. As an added bonus, we have been talking about adding screens to the three windows for months but just never pulled the trigger. He was able to get our glass fixed and install all shades on the same day! Everything was smooth, quick, well priced and his team was an absolute delight to work with. Typically when working with a new customer, we do our best to educate them in any knowledge from 13+ Years of experience. We always ask customer to think of questions they are curious about no matter if its about product or technical information.
