- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although we do offer a military discount, every job is precisely, and transparently calculated without any fluff. The estimate you receive, will be the price you pay. since I am sure of the prices I give, I am unable to offer discounts on an honest price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out to the customer in order to set up a convenient time for them, that I can inspect the job, and give a free on the spot estimate with consultation. I then email a comprehensive photo report, and detailed, itemized proposal once back at the office. When I've earned the business of the customer, an agreement is made upon price, scope of work, and timeframe. I work swiftly, and with the utmost quality to carry out said work, keeping the customer aware of all progress. Then, only after the customer is 100% satisfied, I collect final payment, and warranty all work completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Woth two decades of experience; in both residential and commercial roofing, OSHA 30 certified, and copious amounts of tanning/certifications.
