- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $40 trip fee, which covers the cost of travel to your location. However, if you choose to proceed with the work, we will waive the trip fee. Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of the project, with no hidden fees. You’ll receive a detailed estimate before we begin any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment to discuss your project and provide an estimate. Depending on the situation, we may complete the work the same day or schedule it for another day if additional materials are needed. We keep you updated throughout and ensure the job is completed to your satisfaction.
