- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
50% of total estimate is due upfront. Sometimes I can discount visits if I am visiting a pet multiple times a day. This depends on distance from me and is case by case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to do a meet and greet before a pet parent goes out of town. This allows the pet parent make sure I would be a good fit for their needs and it allows the pet to get to know me as friend that their parents knows vs a random person entering their house when the parents are away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost 7 years of professional vet care experience from working in vet clinic. I have also been pet sitting for almost 10 years.
