FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more consistent you are, the cheaper it gets. Full disclosure- I've had situations in the past where someone trains once a week after planning for 3 times a week. They lost interest, fall of track.........and I've lost the chance to help someone. I feel like it's my fault. But for my own mental health, I can't care more than the person. I make the decision to incentivize consistency. The client gets results, and so do I.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Day one is free. We get to know each other and talk about goals, health screening, concerns, obstacles and then strategies and habits. We build the plan together. Once we set a date to start, I bring the equipment (and the music) and we're off! I typically charge for a set # of sessions at the first of the month. Any session you don't do, we push to the next month.
