- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimates are free and detailed. We can offer professional sketches of the proposed work or for submitting to HOA for a fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In 99% of the cases we reach out to the customers to arrange a meeting in person. This way the customer can get to know us and get a feeling if we are a good fit. During the meeting we discuss details, take pictures and measurements and provide a first rough paper sketch of the job (where applicable)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees have several years of experience in install and/or manufacture of furniture and cabinets. We work with experienced sub contractors for installs (various years of experience). Patrick (CEO) has 15 years experience in carpentry and a carpentry meister title from Germany and worked as operations manager for a company in Dubai for 3 years.
