- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flexible pay structure and will always give fair pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Consultations always come first. I want to make sure I'm the right fit for your needs. -After the consultation, I send you a contract and an invoice. -To solidify your booking, the deposit must be paid and then the contract signed. -I always follow up 2-3 days prior to the event. -I arrive 30min-1hr (unpaid time) for setup and getting my bearings. -Work diligently and effectively through the event until it's either time to wrap things up or until the agreed-upon completion time. -I meet up with my point-of-contact to ask if there are any closing items to be completed prior to leaving. -Depending on our agreement, photos are delivered digitally within 24 hours to 30 days (obviously, depending on the amount of work required and the requested return by date
