If we could choose ALL the reasons why you have to work with Gerry, we would. He brings value, responsiveness, professionalism, punctuality AND best of all, work quality to the table. We are blown away by his ideas, his love of what he does, and his ability to answer questions from us outside of the scope we initially hired him for. I charge a fixed fee for everything under the roof for custom homes and an hourly fee for revisions after allotted revisions in the contract are utilized and an hourly fee for on-site visits and RFIs.
